How fast can you actually install?
In serviceable buildings, most connections go live within 24 hours of your confirmation call. If your building needs fresh cabling, we'll tell you the honest timeline up front rather than booking a slot we can't keep.
Is there really no security deposit?
None. You pay for your plan and nothing else. The router is included free for the life of your connection, and you return it only if you disconnect.
What does 'unlimited' mean here?
No daily data cap and no fair-usage throttling on any residential plan. Your speed on day 30 is the same as day one.
Can I change my plan later?
Yes, at any renewal, in either direction. There's no penalty for downgrading and no re-installation charge for upgrading.
How do I pay my monthly bill?
Through any UPI app, or directly from the payment link we send before your renewal date. Payments go to Fiber.Plus over NPCI-secured UPI with no third-party collector in between.
